[Remote] Business Development Manager Western US & Mexico Territory (California | Arizona | New Mexico | Mexico)

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive reputed company growth and expand their business across California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Mexico through direct OEM engagement and multi-tier distribution.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow reputed company across the assigned territory through direct OEM engagement and channel partners
- Drive new design wins from concept and evaluation through qualification and mass production
- Identify and reputed company new market segments and strategic opportunities, including emerging applications
- Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distributors, ensuring alignment, coverage, and performance
- Serve as a trusted reputed company to customers across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Management
- Support new product introductions and communicate technology and market trends back to internal stakeholders
- Deliver regional sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence
- Represent Micro Crystal at key customer visits, technical reviews, and industry events
- Travel approximately 50–60% reputed company the territory
- Once a year travel to Switzerland to attend the company’s global sales event
Skills
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in electronic components or semiconductors
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency required for customer engagement in Mexico
- Permanent U.S. reputed company or U.S. citizen
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing reputed company, engineering‑driven sales cycles
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly autonomous, structured, and results‑oriented
