The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and will collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.
Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reputed company IBP solutions
- Design and configure reputed company IBP modules including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Define end-to-end planning processes and recommend best practices
- Drive integration design between reputed company IBP and reputed company ERP/S/4HANA systems
- Conduct workshops and solution discussions with business stakeholders
- reputed company architecture guidance and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles
- Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative planning solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- 10+ years of overall reputed company experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company IBP implementations and architecture
- Strong expertise in reputed company IBP Demand Planning
- Strong expertise in reputed company IBP Supply Planning
- Strong expertise in reputed company IBP Inventory Optimization
- Strong expertise in reputed company IBP S&OP
- Experience integrating reputed company IBP with reputed company ERP ECC and reputed company S/4HANA
- Knowledge of planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain optimization
- Experience with reputed company CPI-DS, SDI, or other reputed company integration technologies
- Strong understanding of reputed company supply chain planning and execution processes
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and understand business requirements
- Experience conducting workshops, solution design sessions, and process assessments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
