The Staff Software Engineer, Tech reputed company - Mobile DevOps will reputed company the POS Productivity team, focusing on enhancing the development experience for Android engineers and optimizing build/test cycles to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Act as an IC leader, taking ownership over the team’s domain, health, and ongoing efforts. Promote a positive, reputed company engineering culture
• Strategic Problem Solving: Don’t just move from project to project; systematically identify the highest ROI problems to solve and build alignment with stakeholders across the organization

Skills

• A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about improving the day-to-day lives of fellow engineers and removing friction from their workflows
