[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager supports clients by ensuring projects move smoothly through the Boldsky studio, coordinating project execution, and maintaining alignment with client needs while fostering positive relationships with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Supports delivery of high-quality work and helps ensure client expectations are met
- Builds positive working relationships with cross-functional partners
- Assists in communicating reputed company’s capabilities by answering inquiries reputed company to creative and print production process
- Helps manage project-reputed company challenges by coordinating details, gathering information, and escalating issues appropriately
- Participates in new business activities reputed company requested
- Identifies workflow gaps or project risks and informs senior program management for resolution

- 3 years of experience in program management, delivery operations, or studio/agency understanding
