[Remote] TA Operations Associate (Contract)

They are seeking a detail-oriented TA Operations Associate to enhance their global reputed company function by maintaining processes, tools, and reporting for efficient hiring, while leveraging AI and automation to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership
• Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting
• Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and reputed company tech stack under guidance from senior team members
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on defined tasks
• Help with TA reputed company, offboarding, training, University reputed company initiatives and enablement for reputed company to ensure smooth transitions
• Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution of assigned tasks
• Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources to reputed company valuable insights for stakeholders
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy
