[Remote] Technical Account Manager, DSP Operations

The Technical Account Manager for DSP Operations will enhance the performance of DSP partners by creating strategic plans, optimizing integrations, and providing technical support to ensure improved performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting account managers with strategic planning

• Regularly review integration health and monitor DSP KPIS, flagging issues and resolving problems with partners proactively

• Participate in and support experiments, product releases, and the development of new features on the exchange

Skills

• 3-4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account management, or similar role in the programmatic reputed company, focusing on DSPs, SSPs or publishers
• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environment
• Team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organization
• Proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with limited processes
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and reputed company-driven personality
• Exceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher and servers, video players, OTT), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data science
