[Remote] Senior Director, Marketing Operations and Performance

They are seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Operations & Performance to build and scale their Marketing Operations and Analytics function, driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing performance across channels.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize KPIs across reputed company and LOBs (e.g., pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, win rates, sales cycle velocity)
• Build dashboards and executive reporting to reputed company visibility into performance at global, regional, and business line reputed company
• Advance attribution models suited to long, reputed company B2B and account-based sales cycles
• Translate data into actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategy, account prioritization, and vertical focus
• Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, reputed company data, analytics tools)
• Partner closely with Sales Operations to align on funnel definitions, reputed company management, and reporting standards
• Design and implement scalable reputed company and account management processes (including scoring, routing, and lifecycle management)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in marketing and/or communications or reputed company field of study

• Proven track record of connecting marketing performance to reputed company reputed company in long, consultative sales cycles
• Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Marketo, reputed company)
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling
