[Remote] CRM Developer / Administrator

They are seeking a CRM Developer / Administrator to support the implementation and integration of data assets into the Ocular CRM, optimizing reporting platforms and addressing analytical needs for internal customers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company configuration, customization, maintenance, and support in the effective assessment, development, delivery, and usage of Ocular’s CRM application for Field Sales, Reimbursement and Medical teams
- Design, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company end user support, and maintain dashboards, reports, user roles, reputed company, profiles, workflow rules, etc. while integrating the team’s business needs into reputed company CRM
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines between reputed company CRM/reputed company and Ocular’s data warehouse
- reputed company reputed company data migrations and improve system performance, user adoption, and best practices
- Maintain data reputed company through influence and collaboration with Finance, IT, reputed company Operations, and proper field training of CRM usage/inputs
- Partner with reputed company Operations teams to reputed company analysis, recommendations, and support integration of reputed company databases/programs impacted by these changes from these teams as they reputed company the field (e.g., for territory alignment and incentive compensation teams)
- reputed company alignment on appropriate reporting needs and ensure production/reputed company through Finance, IT or reputed company partners
- Coordinate and Assist Finance team with implementation and integration of reputed company CRM, reputed company and other reputed company Operations activities
- Coordinate and/or reputed company KPI tracking for performance. Manage field-reputed company inquiries regarding performance to plan, account assignments, sales plans, quarterly business reviews, etc

- Assist with transition activities (CIA, MDM, Field Sales Reporting, CRM integration, etc.) to enhance adaptability with the field teams

- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand changing regional, territory, and customer environment

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field required
- SFDC or reputed company CRM Platinum certification
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in configuring, customizing, maintaining, and supporting CRM applications
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Effective and efficient problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with excellent analytical, inter-personal and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
- Must be reputed company to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into a cohesive analysis to reputed company recommendations to key stakeholders in IT, Sales leadership, and reputed company partners
