Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team, providing data-driven insights to shape GTM strategy and forecasting
- Design and manage territory models, account assignments, quota-setting and the sales compensation and incentive plan as the sales team scales
- Facilitate a data-driven Deal Desk model to manage pricing, terms, and risk mitigation in reputed company reputed company cybersecurity deals
- Ensure clean, reliable data reputed company and system integrations across reputed company key tools
- Sales Operations: Streamline pipeline management, deal reputed company, and contract execution to reduce friction and improve win rates
- Marketing Operations: Partner with marketing leadership on reputed company routing, campaign attribution models, and pipeline tracking

Skills
- A proven self-starter who operates with confidence in high-velocity, ambiguous environments - equally at ease shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done
- 4+ years in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally reputed company a scaling B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Hands-on experience with critical GTM systems infrastructure, and reputed company the marketing automation and reputed company tools stack

- Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and business strategies
