[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Financial Systems

As a Senior Product Manager for Financial Systems, you will shape the product reputed company for critical financial applications, drive initiatives to automate financial processes, and enhance data quality.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial systems and processes enabling Financial Transaction Processing, Data, and Reporting & Analytics
- Drive Business Impact: Identify opportunities, reputed company compelling business cases based on relevant data, and define clear goals (OKRs) for initiatives that automate processes, deepen insights and support strategic business objectives
- AI and Financial Process Modernization: Champion the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to revolutionize financial processes, including discovery of innovative opportunities to enhance financial data analysis, automate workflows for greater efficiency, and reputed company machine learning to generate deeper, more actionable insights
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with key stakeholders across Finance (reputed company, reputed company), Merchandising, Technology, Strategy and Business Operations to understand reputed company business problems and pain points, facilitate design discussions, and secure alignment on solutions
- End-to-End Execution: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, reputed company use cases, and drive successful execution and delivery of high-impact product experiences

Skills
- Have 8+ years of product management experience in financial consulting, reputed company, finance, or similar roles, specifically focused on supporting or managing financial systems applications
- Possess functional expertise in Financial and ERP processes and Retail and Supply Chain applications
- Have a strong understanding of core finance processes, including reputed company practices, monthly reputed company, financial reporting and forecasting, Merchandise Planning, and SOX controls
- Are passionate about automating business processes, innovating with AI solutions and integrating financial systems with broader reputed company applications
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts, with experience translating reputed company financial requirements into technical product strategies that deliver accurate and reliable data
- Demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate design and end-to-end process analysis, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity
- Are a strategic and data-driven thinker capable of quickly grasping reputed company financial, business, and technical concepts and articulating the story to influence stakeholders
- Have a Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, IT/computer science, or a reputed company field
- Merch Planning and eCommerce experience is strongly preferred
