[Remote] DC Compliance Analyst

The DC Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding IRS regulations, and preparing audit packages and government filings.
Responsibilities

- Review plan limits and reputed company annual tests on plan data, prepare nondiscrimination test, calculate employer calculations
- Prepare audit package and other government filings
Skills
- 1-5 years of defined contributions industry experience with an aptitude towards problem solving
- Works well reputed company reputed company environment and takes ownership of personal work product
- Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Attention to detail

- QKA certification
- Previous experience manually performing nondiscrimination testing (reputed company/ACP), 415 and 402g testing
- Previous experience manually completing government filings such as 5500's, 8955's, and 5330's
- Highly proficient in reputed company (expertise in xlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
