[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting top talent for reputed company and early career positions, managing reputed company efforts, and ensuring a personalized candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company efforts for reputed company hires at the early career level across the business
• Proactively reputed company candidates using a variety of strategies, including cold reputed company, online databases, reputed company media, networking, reputed company, and industry events
• Facilitate offer decision processes by balancing input from multiple stakeholders, guiding discussions to surface potential issues, and building alignment
• Serve as a subject matter expert in reputed company, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing offers, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth reputed company
• Identify and build relationships with reputed company candidates, manage a high volume of applications, and plan and execute large scale interview days both reputed company and in reputed company offices
• Partner with the reputed company and early career reputed company team to reputed company strategies and reputed company initiatives on an as needed reputed company (e.g., interview training, reputed company marketing, etc.)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in reputed company at a professional services firm
• Outstanding written and verbal communicator; reputed company to reputed company and passionately reputed company the reputed company value proposition and listen exceptionally well
• Flexible and a self-starter; reputed company to manage multiple responsibilities and processes independently while remaining detail-oriented
