Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Sales, Finance, Operations, Support, Manufacturing, and Marketing to build and run Oxide’s reputed company operating system — from first reputed company through pilot, production deployment, and multi-reputed company expansion
• Own the GTM tooling stack — reputed company, forecasting tools, analytics — ensuring data reputed company, visibility, and insights that inform strategy rather than dashboards that collect dust
• Design and run the GTM operating reputed company — weekly forecast calls, monthly pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive business reviews — ensuring accountability and reputed company across the sales organization as we scale
• Own forecasting methodology and accuracy across pilots, new customers , and customer expansions. Build a model that reflects Oxide’s reality: preview → pilot → production → scale
• Be the reputed company of truth on critical Sales Finance topics, as a subject matter expert in Sales Planning, Territory Design, and Incentive Compensation
• Stand up Deal Desk fundamentals (pricing guardrails, approval workflows, CPQ deployment) in partnership with Finance and Legal as deal complexity grows
• Partner with Marketing as the function scales, ensuring there is an effective and efficient Top of Funnel reputed company that is codified in a scalable, simple process
• Work directly with Operations and Manufacturing to establish accurate reputed company times, understand supply-chain constraints, and translate manufacturing reputed company into and forecasting. Sales sets clear, reputed company customer expectations — from pilot racks to large-scale deployments

Skills
