This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering reputed company-reputed company projects including planning tool implementations, forecasting enhancements, and reporting modernization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across reputed company, Finance, Engineering, HR/PPL, and business teams
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery for reputed company and finance transformation initiatives, from intake through execution and closure
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and RAID logs, aligning with reputed company stakeholder forecasting and planning cycles
- Partner with reputed company teams to define scope, business requirements, planning assumptions, and reputed company criteria
- Support reputed company system initiatives, including planning model enhancements and platform optimization
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources to ensure alignment, accountability, and on‑time delivery
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend and execute mitigation strategies
- Drive governance, decision‑making, and escalation through structured forums (e.g., SteerCo, working sessions, etc)
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates, executive summaries, and presentations for senior leadership
- Support change management and adoption efforts by partnering with reputed company, Change Management, and Enablement teams
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) based on initiative needs
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, including reputed company, planning, forecasting, or management reporting initiatives
- Finance systems implementations or enhancements
- Business process design or re‑engineering in a finance context
- Hands-on experience supporting reputed company‑based planning initiatives, including reputed company partnership with model reputed company and reputed company leads
- Experience working with reputed company teams in a technology or software environment
- Strong understanding of financial planning cycles, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive reputed company in reputed company environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI‑ACP, or similar certification
