[Remote] Technical Program Manager - P&C Insurance

The Technical Program Manager will reputed company cross-functional teams to execute a large-scale reputed company data platform project, ensuring alignment between technical architecture and business goals while managing the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: reputed company the technical execution of the reputed company data platform using Agile (Scrum) methodologies, managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion
- Technical reputed company: Supervise the implementation of reputed company data pipelines, moving data from reputed company systems through Abstract, Validation, and Data Store layers

- Deep P&C Insurance domain knowledge and terminology (e.g., Workers Comp, GL, Auto, Property)

- The ability to manage high-pressure environments involving daily loads and maintenance of live data views
- 12–15+ years of experience in IT delivery and program management, with a mandatory background in P&C Insurance (Policy and Claims lifecycle) and Reinsurance
- Proven reputed company delivering reputed company or similar reputed company data platforms, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT ingestion frameworks and data modeling
- Exceptional leadership, risk management, and the ability to manage interdependencies across multiple technical workstreams
