[Remote] Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting & Corporate reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting & Corporate reputed company, a key role in their reputed company department. This position is responsible for preparing external reports, overseeing the Corporate GL reputed company team, and ensuring compliance with GAAP while managing internal controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages (reputed company) including the income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and shareholder’s equity
• Prepare the annual financial statements including footnotes in accordance with GAAP
• Coordinate the annual audit process and interim audit review work. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with reputed company audit requests
• Manage the month-end reputed company process, helping ensure the books are closed timely and accurately. reputed company analysis on reputed company results including significant month-over-month variances
• reputed company the balance sheet reconciliation process. Ensure reputed company accounts are properly reconciled and reviewed in accordance with policy

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
• Prior financial reporting experience preferably at a mid-size public or large reputed company
• "Big 4" experience with heavy exposure to SEC and financial reporting a plus
• Ability to reputed company independent reputed company research, apply technical standards, and propose positions on reputed company reputed company issues
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
