[Remote] RVP, Large Market Sales (Southeast)

Responsibilities

• You will reputed company yourself in reputed company's value proposition, build a deep understanding of our product suite, and reputed company mapping your territory
• You'll shadow senior RVPs, complete initial prospect research, and establish relationships with key internal partners including Marketing, Partnerships, Client reputed company, and Legal
• You'll reputed company your first deal and demonstrate your ability to reputed company our clinical and financial reputed company
• You will independently manage a full pipeline of Large Market prospects, consistently moving deals through each stage of the sales cycle
• You'll reputed company partnerships with brokers, consultants, and health plans to accelerate pipeline development
• You'll navigate reputed company RFP processes, coordinate internal resources for custom presentations, and reputed company building a reputed company as a trusted advisor in your territory
• You'll be on track to meet or exceed your quarterly quota
• You will own the full sales strategy for your territory, consistently exceeding quota and serving as a model for best practices across the sales org

Skills

• Territory Based: Must reputed company in the assigned territory consisting of Alabama, Georgia, and Florida
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a reputed company, consultative sales environment
• Experience selling to mid-to-large reputed company (7,500+ covered lives) or similar reputed company buying committees involving HR, Benefits, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders
• Deep expertise in employee benefits, reputed company, digital health, or reputed company industries, with the ability to reputed company credibly about ROI, clinical reputed company, and member engagement
• Demonstrated reputed company managing long sales cycles (6-12+ months) with multiple decision-makers and navigating RFPs, contract negotiations, and implementation planning
• Familiarity with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, chronic disease management, or value-based care models
• Proven ability to mentor and coach peers or junior team members on sales strategy and deal execution
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup or scale-up environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are essential
