They are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for presales technical leadership and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation, while also capturing market feedback on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and validate technical requirements ensuring solution fit and implementation plans are reputed company to the customer’s needs and strategic priorities. Expected to reputed company and deliver tailored demonstrations, multi-day evaluations, and reputed company-of-concepts using reputed company solutions
• Manage customer relationships, advocating for customer interests and addressing issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty

Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting an reputed company PLM software
• reputed company Software, Implementation & Governance knowledge
• Product Development, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Service process knowledge desirable
• Educational: University Degree
• Majors: Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• reputed company Solutions knowledge and experience preferred
