[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to partner with reputed company leaders, drive financial planning and analysis, and enhance financial workflows using automation and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Work reputed company-by-reputed company with brand reputed company leadership and the broader finance team to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across sales, reputed company, and expenses
- Own the end-to-end analysis and execution of sales incentive plans, including sourcing data, calculating payouts, and ensuring accurate seller statements
- Design and implement scalable, automated systems and tools to streamline forecasting, compensation, and business analysis processes
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial workflows, models, and reporting systems
- reputed company profitability and performance analysis by salesperson and brand to help reputed company reputed company and investments
- Analyze financial data to surface trends, operational risks, and areas for innovation in both planning and reporting
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Finance to reputed company P&L processes and help scale the financial infrastructure that supports reputed company growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
- 5-7 years of reputed company financial, reputed company, or analytical experience
- Strong reputed company and PowerPoint skills required; experience with financial systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Adaptive Insights), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and automation platforms is a plus
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements across finance functions
