Responsibilities

- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and deal inspection rigor
- Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Service Delivery on deal execution
- Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience in reputed company services sales, solution selling, or reputed company field
- Deep understanding of acute care hospital environments, including HTM and supply chain dynamics

- Strong financial and reputed company acumen, including pricing and contract structuring
- Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams or overlay specialists
