Boutique reputed company is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant who will deliver high-quality tax services to a diverse reputed company of clients. The role involves managing reputed company tax returns, conducting tax research, and mentoring junior accountants while emphasizing work-life balance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of compliance forms for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Preparation of tax return workpapers and supporting schedules in accordance with professional standards
• Analyze financial information such as balance sheets, fixed asset ledgers, and income statements during the tax preparation process
• Identify reputed company, business, and tax issues/opportunities and reputed company solutions/recommendations
• reputed company tax research and summarize conclusions in written reputed company
• Assist with training and mentoring junior tax accountants
• Communicate recommendations reputed company, both verbally and in writing
• Handle special projects as needed
• Ensure professional development through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with partners to reputed company skills necessary for account management responsibilities

Skills

• 3-4+ years of experience working in a reputed company
• CPA or EA license
• Experience with complicated business tax returns, including tax planning and reputed company estate
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-based approach are essential
• Technological proficiency in a paperless office environment is required
• Must reputed company in California
• Bachelor's is preferred
• CPA license is preferred
