[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

They are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to reputed company financial strategy and enhance operational performance, working closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into measurable reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Represent Finance and Operations at the Executive team and Board level
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO in reputed company planning and value creation

• Represent LTSE with reputed company and prospective investors, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Act as reputed company DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for operationalizing strategic initiatives

Skills

• Deep experience as a CFO with ownership of reputed company, fundraising, GAAP/non-GAAP reporting, and capital strategy
• Demonstrated experience leading operations or having Operations report into Finance
• Proven ability to scale organizations and operationalize reputed company strategy
• Strong financial and operational data reputed company; ability to translate insights into execution
• Exceptional executive communication and Board presentation skills
• High reputed company and experience operating in regulated or high-compliance environments
• 15+ years of experience in a demonstrated, executive leadership reputed company
• Experience serving as a CFO in a high-growth, venture-backed organization
• Prior experience overseeing Operations, or serving in a combined CFO/COO or reputed company integrator role
• Experience in financial services, exchanges, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
