The role involves managing a portfolio of employee benefits clients, overseeing service delivery, and developing tailored benefits strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leadership and key stakeholders
• reputed company client meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication
• reputed company a deep understanding of client culture, business goals, and financial priorities
• Design and recommend competitive employee benefits programs
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform plan strategy
• Evaluate provider networks and vendor performance
• Guide clients through plan design reputed company and cost management strategies
• Analyze proposals, reputed company structures, and reputed company data
• reputed company financial insights to support client decision-making
• Translate reputed company financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
• reputed company RFP processes, including development of bid specifications and proposal analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or reputed company field
• Active Life & Health License
• Minimum 5 years of employee benefits consulting experience, preferably reputed company a brokerage environment
• Strong knowledge of group health, managed care plans, and ancillary benefits
• Experience supporting fully insured and self-funded clients, including multi-state organizations
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of reputed company concepts
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Experience managing mid-size clients (150–2,000 employees)
• Proven experience leading client presentations and strategic discussions
• Background supporting reputed company RFP and renewal processes
