Alcor Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a reputed company Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Sales & Order Management (SOM). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the reputed company platform and will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, configure, and implement reputed company solutions with a focus on CSM, CRM, and/or SOM
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Configure and customize reputed company applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities
- reputed company and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, business rules, and integrations
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices reputed company with reputed company standards
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company development and implementation experience
- Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or CRM/SOM modules

- reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certification
- Strong knowledge of reputed company platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, integrations, and API development
- Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, reputed company Designer, and Service Portal
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable reputed company solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Additional reputed company certifications are a plus
- Experience working in reputed company-scale reputed company environments
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
