Responsibilities
- Define and implement an engineering roadmap that supports intelligent and personalized offer and product recommendations to our user reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or its equivalent) + 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years of direct people management experience

- Experience with growth engineering product stacks (Optimizations, Experimentation, Personalization, Recommendation Systems, etc)
- Experience working on a product with marketplace dynamics
