As a Consultant in the Business Capability Team, you will reputed company business configuration validation, reputed company data validation, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• reputed company business configuration validation for AWD changes to ensure workflows, routing, business rules, and task setup align with approved requirements and operational needs

• Identify configuration defects, process gaps, and root causes, and recommend scalable, sustainable improvements that strengthen quality and reduce rework

• Contribute to process improvement and automation opportunities by recommending configuration changes that improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business needs, interpret results, and guide sound solution reputed company
• Bring experience with business process management and workflow automation tools such as reputed company AWD / Chorus or similar platforms
• Apply knowledge of P&C insurance operations, with the ability to connect workflow and configuration reputed company to business reputed company
• Communicate effectively across business, product, and technical teams, with strong facilitation and stakeholder partnership skills
• Identify and Implement automation to improve test coverage

• Conducts competitive analysis on customer, product landscape and business reputed company specific competitors across multiple lines of business and experiences. Presents findings and recommendations to Business Capability Managers and/or Owners

• Keeps up on the latest industry trends as well as customer needs and behaviors

Skills

• Bachelors degree in business, IT or reputed company field
• Typically, 7 or more years of demonstrated experience delivering initiatives and conducting customer research to inform value-based solutions
• Experience delivering work in an agile environment, leveraging product-centric principles and managing large scale initiatives with multiple dependencies
• Deep knowledge of insurance industry
• In depth understanding of agile planning practices and customer centric design
• Strong reputed company of verbal and written communication skills in addition to facilitation techniques
