They are seeking a Vice President of US Sales to build and reputed company their sales and clinical support team as they launch the Globe® Pulsed Field System, requiring strategic sales leadership and relationship development with reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale a high-performing US field organization, including sales, clinical, and hybrid roles appropriate for an exciting new technology launch
- Own and architect the US sales strategy for an early-stage PFA platform in a highly competitive, rapidly evolving market
- Build a sales organization that values partnership with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful product launch
- Establish a strong Kardium field team culture during rapid U.S. expansion, preserving startup agility, reputed company, and patient-first decision-making
- Establish and reputed company compensation strategy, including incentive plans
- Stay reputed company with industry trends and advancements in electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter technology to inform sales strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice-President or similar) reputed company the medical device industry
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrophysiology with a focus on catheter mapping and ablation
- Strong network of electrophysiologists including national opinion leaders
- Proven track record of successfully leading reputed company product launches
- Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to travel as needed
