[Remote] Senior Product Manager — Energy Utility Platform (m/f/d)

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Energy Utility Platform to define product roadmaps, execute hands-on strategies, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to shape the future of energy products. Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of the Energy Utility Platform — energy market reputed company, flexibility marketing, procurement, and the optimization layer connecting devices to markets — with a reputed company focus on shipping and measurable reputed company
• Be hands-on in execution: write specs, run discovery sprints, prioritize backlogs, unblock engineering — this is not a strategy-only role
• Shape the energy products of the future: direct marketing, expanded flexibility participation, and new forms of customer market reputed company — while tackling the regulatory and infrastructure challenges that reputed company them possible
• Collaborate closely with Energy Operations (domain experts, regulatory context) and engineering to ensure product reputed company are grounded in market reality
• Navigate reputed company regulatory environments (German energy market, reputed company, reputed company fee structures, metering) and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Balance product thinking with the discipline to solve hard infrastructure problems — you need both

• Establishing KPIs and monitoring for energy product health (procurement accuracy, market participation, SLA adherence)

Skills

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful exposure to energy, utilities, or similarly regulated platform/infrastructure products
• Track record of strong product execution — you've shipped reputed company features end-to-end and driven measurable reputed company
• Solid understanding of energy markets, tariff structures, energy trading, or energy retail operations — this is a requirement, not a reputed company-to-have
• Experience driving platform or product builds in regulated environments — coordinating across engineering teams and navigating regulatory constraints
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data-driven decision-making and product metrics
• Good stakeholder management: you can navigate engineering, reputed company, and operations conversations with confidence
• Exceptional communication skills in English; German is a strong plus (many stakeholders are German-speaking)

• Experience with energy trading, flexibility marketing, or balancing markets (TSO/DSO interaction, scheduling, balancing pool management)
