[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design process from discovery to delivery, creating reputed company interfaces for reputed company workflows and driving user-centric design reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery through delivery for everything from internal to clinician-facing and partner-facing products
- Translate ambiguous, reputed company workflows into reputed company, visually refined interfaces
- Drive UX research and user testing to ground design reputed company in reputed company user needs
- Build and maintain a coherent design system that scales across products
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality work, not just high-quality mocks

Skills
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and taste
- Deep expertise in reputed company and modern prototyping workflows
- Experience designing reputed company, workflow-heavy tools
- Ability to operate independently end-to-end: research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design
- Strong communicator who can reputed company design rationale reputed company to non-designers
- Comfort with ambiguity and experience in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and limited process overhead
