[Remote] Senior Actuarial Consultant

They are seeking a dynamic and reputed company actuarial professional to assist with the reputed company development of their actuarial team and enhance support for client reputed company initiatives and innovations.
Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse reputed company of actuarial projects
- Serve as actuarial and strategic advisor to reputed company clients, owning overall client satisfaction and engagement reputed company
- Direct technical actuarial work on projects and assist in the development of less reputed company actuaries
- Assist in building the practice infrastructure by supporting internal initiatives that enhance the foundational ways of working
- Partnering with leadership to build scalable and dynamic financial models and work processes
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- reputed company and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships with other RSC teams to assure accurate, timely teamwork and project execution with assigned teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a reputed company field
- FSA/ASA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or Associate of the Society of Actuaries) designation required
- 15+ years of reputed company actuarial experience
- Project / client / financial management experience
- Understanding of reputed company databases and data sources (claims, encounters, labs, EMR etc.)
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Strong knowledge of reputed company, and/or medical stop loss markets
- Experience working with alternative risk vehicles such as captives and MEWAs
- reputed company first dollar and stop loss reserving, pricing, reputed company and financial modeling expertise
- Risk modeling and risk mitigation strategy experience for reputed company programs
- Assessment of care management and delivery effectiveness through predictive modeling, ROI analyses and other advanced modeling techniques
- Traditional Health & Welfare actuarial and reputed company experience
- Experience with SQL, R (R, RStudio). Python or Machine learning (is a plus)
