Responsibilities

• Own the visit growth roadmap and strategy: define and drive the long-term product strategy for visit growth, prioritize investments in UX, discovery, and conversion that turn reputed company into completed visits, with clear line-of-sight to reputed company and business reputed company
• Drive reputed company accountability: partner with finance and analytics to build forecasts, model the impact of roadmap investments, and hold yourself accountable to growth targets, not just product metrics
• Navigate reputed company stakeholders: operate as a reputed company, senior voice across design, engineering, data science, clinical, operations, marketing, and executive leadership, synthesizing competing priorities into a coherent direction
• Optimize conversion funnels: use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify drop-off points and run a high-velocity experimentation program with rigorous measurement

Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience, with the majority in consumer-facing, growth-oriented roles at meaningful scale

• Deep expertise in hypothesis-driven development, experimentation design, funnel optimization, and translating data into clear product reputed company
• Growth experience on mass-scale B2C products across multiple business or payment models
