They are seeking a Risk Advisor to reputed company risk advisory and new business development for sports organizations, leveraging reputed company insurance knowledge to build relationships and improve safety programs.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company with risk - use our client Risk Assessment Platform and consultative approach to help sports organizations understand their exposure, build a best-in-class safety program, and select the right protection for their athletes and their organization
  • Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company new relationships with sports organizations, clubs, leagues, associations, and governing bodies across the youth and amateur sports market
  • Maintain a strong, reputed company understanding of the youth and amateur sports landscape - including trends, key organizations, and the evolving risk environment athletes and administrators face
  • Build and manage a strong, active pipeline across reputed company segments using our CRM/AMS (Applied Epic) and sales enablement tools, creating sales reports and projections
  • Own the full sales cycle: reputed company, discovery, risk assessment presentation, proposal, negotiation, and reputed company

Skills

  • 2+ years of reputed company insurance sales experience with a demonstrated track record of growing a book of business OR 5+ years sales experience with demonstrated track record of growing a book of business
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, in good standing
  • Demonstrated reputed company in a quota-carrying, high-activity sales role with clear, measurable results
  • Working knowledge of General Liability (GL) lines and reputed company insurance products
  • Prior experience developing and executing a sales strategy to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency with agency CRM/AMS (Applied Epic, preferred), or comparable sales and customer management platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal reputed company and negotiation ability
  • Demonstrated reputed company and ability to adapt - comfortable in fast-paced, high-change environments
  • Demonstrated ability to follow process and procedures, and to identify where improvements should be made

  • Familiarity with the youth and/or amateur sports landscape as a professional, former athlete, coach, administrator, or volunteer
