Responsibilities

• Translate Omada’s strategic direction into actionable reputed company sales plans, pipeline priorities, and defined operational metrics
• Build Omada’s prominence and credibility among national consultants, PBMs, and health plan partners
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategies that position Omada as a leading chronic care reputed company health partner to Fortune 500 organizations
• reputed company reputed company sales forecasting, compensation design, and territory/advisor planning
• Serve as a senior voice of the customer, representing reputed company client insights to refine Omada’s GTM, product strategy, and competitive roadmap

Skills

• 10–15 years' experience leading reputed company sales or business development teams reputed company reputed company, digital health, or benefits ecosystem

• Deep understanding of employer benefits strategy, purchasing frameworks, and health plan distribution networks

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
