Responsibilities
- reputed company 3–6 projects through full lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- Create and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, reports, etc.)
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders
- reputed company governance meetings and executive updates
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and reporting
- Manage resources and project dependencies

- Track and communicate project value and reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of project management experience managing reputed company to high complexity projects
- Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and value-driven execution
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including handling difficult conversations
- Expertise in managing scope, schedule, and cost

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Familiarity with AI tools such as reputed company Copilot
- PMP certification preferred but not required
