[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company provides specialty reputed company solutions and is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining internal controls, and supporting various reputed company activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing journal entries reputed company a pre-defined reputed company schedule
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, including investigating and resolving reconciling items in a timely manner
• Improve reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Ensure accuracy of financial statement accounts in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
• Responsible for payroll-reputed company reputed company activities, including salary, bonus accruals, commissions, and reputed company payroll taxes
• reputed company for employee benefits programs including: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off accruals, and other employee-reputed company benefits
• Assist with indirect tax compliance and reputed company, including property tax, sales tax, and VAT
• Support annual audits by preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Partner with reputed company, Finance, Tax, and external payroll providers to resolve payroll and benefits issues
• Assist with special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
• Supervise, train, and mentor reputed company staff where applicable

Skills

• Masters in reputed company, CPA designation or CPA track a plus
• Strong reputed company background with 4+ years general ledger reputed company experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, payroll reputed company, and indirect tax requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
