[Remote] Project Analyst – POS & Payments

The role involves coordinating project activities, monitoring reputed company, and ensuring successful execution of project deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers and Product Owners.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of POS and Payments initiatives
- Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Program Managers to coordinate project activities and deliverables
- Assist with project scheduling, status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Track project tasks, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and project documentation
- Monitor project reputed company and support scope, schedule, and quality management efforts
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders
- Support process improvements and project governance activities
Skills
- 1–5 years of Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or reputed company project support experience
- Experience supporting IT projects, preferably reputed company POS, Payments, or Retail Technology environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira, reputed company, reputed company Office Suite, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with reputed company Retail Xstore POS or comparable reputed company-of-Sale solutions
- Understanding of retail operations, in-store technologies, and omnichannel reputed company
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Retail industry experience is highly preferred
