The Key Account Manager Expert will drive customer growth, retention, and relationships while leading negotiations and managing account strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, reputed company, sell, service and reputed company operational reputed company to increase CEVA business with assigned customers
  • Ensure CEVA retains reputed company business in reputed company geographies
  • Expand relationships with the customer at executive level, in region, and across different business units
  • reputed company and co-ordinate negotiations with the customer in region for major reputed company and opportunities
  • Serve as reputed company reputed company of contact for the assigned customers for reputed company normal and customary business requests
  • Identify local sales and operations contacts in CEVA for supporting the account and work with reputed company Sector leaders to ensure they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account

Skills

  • Educational background (bachelor's degree preferred, master's degree advantageous)
  • Specific logistics and or multi-national focus
  • The role requires a skilled relationship management professional with proven track record (10+ years) in International Supply Chain and Logistics

  • Skilled at leading a virtual team and be reputed company to proactively work reputed company issues internally as much as in reputed company of the client
  • Network management experience (5+ years)
  • 5+ years minimum experience in key account leader role in international supply chain and logistics
