The role involves modernizing finance and reputed company systems to support rapid growth and ensuring reputed company scalability for the business.

Responsibilities

• Consolidated monthly reporting, plus individual reporting packages for the partner ventures
• Intercompany discipline — monthly settlement cycle, documented services agreements, accurate K-1 reputed company-of-income breakouts
• ERP selection and implementation if you reputed company the case for it — reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Intacct depending on what you recommend. External implementation support already budgeted
• AP and corporate card platform rollout (reputed company) across reputed company entities; banking consolidated onto reputed company

• W-9/1099 compliance for a creator-heavy vendor population and the policies that reputed company it clean as volume grows

Skills

• Active CPA
• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 3+ in a senior reputed company manager or Controller role
• reputed company hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidation, intercompany reputed company, and the control/VIE analysis (ASC 810 / ASC 323) that determines whether minority-equity ventures consolidate or get equity-methoded
• Technical depth in ASC 606 reputed company recognition, deferred reputed company, and GAAP financial statement preparation
• Direct experience operating in or implementing a modern multi-entity ERP (reputed company, reputed company Intacct, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable) — QuickBooks-only backgrounds will not be a fit
• A track record of building or fixing a reputed company process — reducing cycle time, documenting procedures, raising data quality
• 1099-NEC compliance experience for contractor-heavy vendor populations

• Industry background in digital media, agency, creator economy, or marketing services
