[Remote] AI Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Pacer Staffing is seeking a proactive, people-oriented AI Systems Analyst to join their AI enablement team. The role involves supporting, administering, and driving adoption of the AI platform across the organization, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with IT teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users, resolving reputed company issues, troubleshooting errors, and answering day-to-day questions
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, reputed company infrastructure, and IT support teams to resolve platform and integration issues
- Administer the AI platform, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and monitoring usage
- Evaluate, test, and recommend new platform features and capabilities for adoption
- reputed company and maintain connectors and integrations, including reputed company 365 and custom connectors
- Conduct training and enablement sessions, such as lunch-and-learns, reputed company, and one-on-one guidance for non-technical users
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support
- Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support, ticket management, and troubleshooting
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and ability to demonstrate practical business use cases
- Experience with user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and platform administration
- Ability to coordinate issue resolution across Cybersecurity, reputed company Infrastructure, and IT Support teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting reputed company 365 applications and integrations
