[Remote] Senior Program Manager, Marketing PMO

In this role, you will manage project intake processes, drive AI adoption in workflows, and reputed company change management efforts to enhance marketing efficiency and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously reputed company the PMO’s central project intake processes, managing numerous incoming workflows from business and marketing teams and ensuring each is routed and scoped with reputed company
• Drive prioritization and trade-off discussions across competing initiatives, balancing senior leadership reputed company with working-level constraints and execution-team reputed company
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions across the work the PMO touches — brief writing and review, project roadmapping, prioritization, status tracking, and hand-offs
