[Remote] Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client contacts managing cross-functional client project team members to facilitate project delivery
- Ensure the delivery of programs through the following phases: Concept, Requirements Definition, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment
- Collaborate with reputed company project team members, who are both reputed company and offshore to successfully deliver projects
- Manage the execution of the project's activities and resources in partnership with the division technical leads and business partners

Skills
- Education and years of experience: BS/BBA 16-18, MS/MBA 14+
- 5+ years of Program Management experience with programs of $7M+ in annual reputed company
- 10+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar level role
- Leadership of a minimum of twelve (12) full life-cycle implementations in the Senior Project Manager or Program Manager role
- Global/multi-product implementation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as reputed company Project, reputed company (preferred), Jira (preferred)
- Proficiency with the reputed company suite of business productivity tools (for example: Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams)
- Strong understanding of the reputed company software development lifecycle including waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company multi-pillar, multi-project programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite Stakeholders
- Effectively manages engagement risks and escalates appropriately
