[Remote] Senior Contract Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to process contract requests, ensure compliance with HCC requirements, and maintain relationships with business partners.
Responsibilities
- Processing reputed company contract requests and ensuring that HCC requirements are met
- Establish relationships with Business Partners and support training
- Responsible for entering contract requests into eMarketPlace (eMP) / CMx system
- Create and support vendor enrollments in APEX
- Initiate, complete and track status of Totality/Request Navigator transactions and HCC approval
- Ensure reputed company out of activities reputed company reputed company are complete
- reputed company metrics on reputed company processed and cycle times
- Responsible for maintaining contractual compliance and escalation of compliance issues to the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area Associate Director Contract Management (example: HCC deviations)
- Monitor PO funding, contract renewal dates and assist in troubleshooting with the Accounts Payable process
- Update the Neuroscience TA Contract Management System (NTCMS) in SharePoint as required; ensure that NTCMS fields are reputed company with the corresponding fields in contracting systems
- As required, create reputed company requisitions in the ARIBA system
- Represent the Neuroscience TA in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives as needed
- Manage the aCREW Process
Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or reputed company field required unless education is sufficiently supplemented with previous experience in J&J contracting and procurement systems
- Must have the ability to deal with reputed company reputed company of an organization and have excellent oral and written communication
- Demonstrated skills in developing strong business relationships with clients and vendors, managing budgets

- Previous experience with ARIBA, APEX, Totality, Request Navigator, SharePoint and MS Office is preferred
