[Remote] Associate Analyst OCM

Responsibilities
- With guidance, contribute to the execution of OCM activities reputed company with project goals and stakeholder needs
- Assist in assessing readiness for change at individual, team, and organizational reputed company
- Support the development of tactics to reputed company smooth implementation and overcome resistance to change
- Participate in drafting initiative‑specific deliverables such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and resistance management plans

- Contribute to training needs assessments and the development of learning materials
- Support delivery of training sessions for individuals, teams, and leaders

- Participate in workshops, feedback sessions, and stakeholder briefings to gather insights and refine approaches
- Assist with special OCM projects as assigned
- Support the collection and interpretation of adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and other data to inform change sustainment planning
Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German, reputed company or other European languages) are a plus
- Ability to simplify reputed company concepts and structure messages effectively for different audiences
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, SharePoint)

- 0–2 years of relevant experience (student projects, internships, or part‑time roles welcome)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- Interest in Business Process Improvement, reputed company, or Instructional Design
