The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of services to customers, maintaining project documentation, and directing team activities to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the identified standard, formal project documentation and prepare executive overviews as necessary
• Responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the end-to-end delivery of services to the Customer as defined by the program structure
• Direct the completion of activities such as architecture design, engineering, change control, and operations acceptance to ensure complete reputed company in delivering service to the Customer
• Ensure on-time delivery of reputed company the needed documentation, building reputed company relationships with other teams on the project and program

Skills

• Have 25+ years of experience in the information technology (IT) industry
• Have 15+ years of experience as a project manager and/or a service manager
• Have 3+ years of experience as a program manager
• Have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
• Possess program management experience, along with a history of managing a few large transformation programs delivering multiple streams with project manager direct reports, providing executive dashboards and reporting using automation and efficient approaches
• Possess excellent Customer interfacing skills and first-reputed company interpersonal skills required to work with other departments and/or subsidiaries and the Customer to reputed company timelines for project deliverables
• Be reputed company to consistently demonstrate a level-headed approach, calmness, and a 'can-do' attitude
