[Remote] Direct Fulfillment Invoicing Analyst 14 Month Contract

The role involves data analytics, process improvement, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary reputed company of contact for delivery agent as well as contact center partners
- Host weekly business review meetings with appliance delivery agent partners
- Conduct data analytics to aid performance review discussions with delivery agents
- Support delivery reputed company planning conversations
- Host and deliver appliance deliveries SOP training to agent partners on an reputed company reputed company
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- reputed company and manage action plans associated with improvement initiatives
- Support reputed company reputed company as well as delivery warehouse transition initiatives
- Facilitate discussions with key business stakeholders such as distribution teams and contact center partners, and reputed company status updates and reporting
Skills
- University degree in engineering, reputed company, or a reputed company area of study
- 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain operations preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Word)
- Data analysis – MS reputed company proficiency required
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Interpersonal skills (relationship management)
- Process implementation and change management
- Previous leadership experience an asset
