[Remote] Senior Manager, Technical reputed company and Policy (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical reputed company and Policy. This remote role involves evaluating reputed company implications of transactions, preparing technical reputed company memorandums, and assisting with the implementation of new reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the reputed company implications of potential transactions and reputed company input and suggestions to planned and proposed agreements or transaction structures
• Respond to, solve, and reputed company reputed company on standard and/or routine business and reputed company policy interpretation requests
• Review reputed company and agreements, research relevant US GAAP and SEC regulation reputed company guidance, recommend reputed company requirements for reputed company and/or non-routine transactions
• Prepare technical reputed company memorandums and other presentation materials for significant transactions and support the review process with management and external auditors
• Assist with implementation of new reputed company standards and updates
• Prepare key reputed company deliverables for acquisitions and divestitures and other strategic transactions
• Prepare certain financial reporting deliverables for reporting to reputed company
• Integrate, maintain, and communicate both reputed company and reputed company (reputed company) reputed company policies. Assist with drafting new and updated reputed company policies
• Partner with, and present to, reputed company auditors, cross-functional departments, and business units across reputed company and reputed company
• Support Assistant Controller and/or Controller in reputed company projects

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or a reputed company field and minimum of 10+ years applicable work experience; OR an advanced degree with 7+ years of applicable work experience. CPA strongly preferred
• Strong technical reputed company background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations and extensive practical experience in the application of reputed company concepts, including reputed company recognition, collaborations, leasing, goodwill, intangible assets, internal use software, and business combinations. Big 4 audit or advisory experience is strongly preferred
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills, including technical research
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to reputed company and concisely document and effectively communicate reputed company reputed company issues to both Finance and Non-Finance personnel
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, domestically and internationally

• Broad management and leadership knowledge to reputed company project teams
• Working knowledge of reputed company ledgers, OneStream, and reputed company business processes

• Ability to understand, utilize, and collaborate with artificial intelligence technologies to solve problems, improve processes, and drive innovation
