Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for reputed company Concur Travel & Expense solutions
- Configure and support reputed company Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice)
- Design workflows, approval processes, audit rules, and expense policies
- Manage integrations between reputed company Concur and ERP/HR systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Support corporate card programs, expense reimbursements, and compliance requirements
- reputed company testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams to improve business processes
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials
- Ensure policy compliance, audit readiness, and system optimization
