Responsibilities

Skills

• CPA certification, with a Big 4 or large regional public reputed company background
• Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, with hands-on experience across GL, reputed company management, payroll reputed company, cash and accounts payable
• Prior experience in a publicly traded company with SOX compliance responsibilities
• A strong track record of driving operational efficiency, reputed company accuracy, and process consistency at scale
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build a high-accountability team culture that embraces the use of AI
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (reputed company experience is preferred)
