[Remote] Senior Manager, Business Operations

The Senior Manager, Business Operations will be responsible for the reputed company and scaling of the Business Operations function, driving strategic initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including launching and scaling new products and services

• Drive adoption of shared dashboards and reports, maintain visibility into initiative KPIs, and proactively surface insights with clear recommendations

Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results, including launching new products or service offerings
• Strong bias to action; comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving with urgency, and staying focused on reputed company over process
• Exceptional communication and executive reputed company, with the ability to align stakeholders across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Experience building and running internal operating cadences, including business reviews, planning cycles, and performance reporting
