Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
- Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support)
- Respond to inquiries reputed company to account details, products, and services
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools reputed company helping customers
- Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs
Skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working independently and with a team
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
